THOUGHTS CHANGE YOUR DESTINY

Be careful of what you wish for , you may just get it ! We have all heard of this .

Thinking is the job of the brain  and we go through thousands if not millions of thoughts everyday – they come and go as fast as lightening ,Yet every thought we have effects our lives in a profound manner . So we must be very careful , what we think , yes , this is possible .You just have to make an effort to control your thoughts .

The cycle is :

  • THOUGHT
  •  FEELING
  • ATTITUDE
  • ACTION
  • HABBIT 
  • REACTION
  • RESULT ( DESTINY ) .

 Every time you have a bad THOUGHT , something as simple as not waking up on time and the first thought that hits you is ‘ I am late ’ and everything you start doing after that negative  thought is in a rush and this automatically leads to mishaps – simple thing as cutting yourself when shaving or banging your foot against something . This leads you to anger and by the time you are ready to go out , your mind has given out the FEELING of anger – so you are angry ;  now your ATTITUDE is of hostility – which you will demonstrate towards anyone you meet .You will become angry at your children at breakfast or your spouse and as you go out you have stimulated this attitude even more and soon your ACTION will come from anger . As the day progresses , all your actions will be of hostility and if this continues over a period of days , this becomes your HABBIT  and you will be acting like this regularly – this will than be your personality . This will inevitably give you an adverse REACTION from someone .

If you go to work in this state , you are bound to shout at someone you are not supposed to / or make a mistake  and this will lead to you getting fired ; and like a lot of people you will write this off to DESTINY . This is not destiny , this is the direct result of your thought !

This process is controllable and thus you can control what happens to you ( your destiny ) . The next time you get up late , do not panic . Take a minute or two  to yourself and calm yourself down . STOP your brain from having a negative thought – after all , it is not the end life . Change your perspective – calm yourself down and then start the process of your day and all will work out good – because all good / positive thoughts lead to better feeling to good attitude to fruitful action and so forth . TRY IT !

When you are stuck on a train which is going nowhere because of a signal failure , is there anything you can do ? If so , do it but if you KNOW that there is not much you can do , why get agitated about it , and in the process ruining the rest of your day ; instead spend this time doing something constructive , like reading or thinking  about  the lovely smile of your spouse at breakfast or the laughter of your children the night before .

 

Your destiny is in your thoughts , control them .Think positive and attract all that is positive towards you .
