In this mudra the tips of the little finger and the ring finger should touch the tip of the thumb , keeping the other two fingers straight . You can practice this for as long and as frequently as you want . 

This will imrove the power of the source of your vital  energy /life and you will notice that you become stronger both physically and mentally . It reduces the clamps in the blood and will make you more energetic and active . It will also strengthen your immune system and will help your eyes and eyesight .

apan mudraAPAN MUDRA – MUDRA FOR DIGESTION

The tip of the middle finger and the ring finger touch the tip of the thumb whilst the other two fingers stay straight . This needs to be practiced for 45 minutes per session .

It will help regulate diabetes. It will cure constipation and piles and will regulate bowel movements and relief in urinary problems . It will also ease the difficulty during labor and delivery.

apna vayu mudraAPNA VAYU MUDRA – MUDRA OF THE HEART

The tips of the middle finger and the littel  touch the tip of the thumb whils the tip of the index finger touches the base of the thumb and the ring finger is held straight . Practice this for atleast 15 minutes per day .

This mudra is to do with your heart . It acts as a powerful sorbitate tablet .

This will help in keeping blood pressure  at normal level and will help in regulating palpitations and strenghthens the heart .

LINGA MUDRA – FOR HEAT AND ENERGY

ling mudraInterlock the fingers of both hands kepping the left thumb stright up encircled by the right thumb and index finger .Left thumb should be upright and the right thumb around it . Prctice this with restraint as it generatesa lot of heat in the body .You must drink a lot of water as a cooling agent . The heat this produces in the body helps in curing colds and coughs and will remove accumulated phlegm in the chest .Remember to take a lot of water whepractcing this position .
